2. What manufacturers do you represent?
Troy Belting & Supply has several areas of expertise and continues to find the best products to supply to our customers. Details of the manufacturers we represent are available within each segment of our website.

3. Where are you located?
At 70 Cohoes Road, Watervliet, NY, 12189. We are right on the banks of the historic Hudson River. For directions, see our Contact Us page.

4. What are your hours of operation?
Standard office hours are 8am until 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We also offer 24/7 emergency service. Just dial our direct line and press 0 for emergency service during normal business hours or press 2 for emergency service after hours.

5. What field services do you provide?
As the major maintenance and engineering support company in the northeast we provide a multitude of field services, from predictive and preventative programs to turnkey project management. We are prepared to address any maintenance and engineering challenge.

8. What training programs do you offer?
As an active member in several professional organizations (including MSHA) we provide custom training at Troy Belting's facility and at your plant. Visit our Training page for more details.

9. What is your field repair service area?
We concentrate on the Northeastern portion of the US consisting of eastern New York, northern New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, southern Maine and eastern Pennsylvania. See our Service Area page.

10. Is safety a priority at Troy Belting?
Yes. We are very proud of our commitment to worker safety, both in the shops and in the field. We are a certified MSHA contractor and NYS SHARP participant. A copy of our safety program is available upon request.

11. Are you MSHA certified?
Yes. The hazards of working in the mining industry are well known, and as an MSHA contractor we are required to provide annual miner refresher programs to our employees.
